Eastertime Colour On The Garden.
Eastertime is almost with us and our garden is currently looking the part now, with lots of colour and springtime flowers all looking lovely. Also the fruit trees are almost all in full blossom too.
Hopefully we will not get many hard frosts now to ruin the blossom and stop the fruits setting.
I planted a "Walnut" tree last week (photo above) so we have our fingers crossed for that one!
On sunny warm days we allow the Rabbits to run on the grass in their frame, as they enjoy some exercise too. The Guinea Pigs also join them and mostly get along well.
The allotments are taking shape now as well and this weekend I'm hoping to plant my Potato sets there. This week I planted the Broad Beans and all the Onions too. Plus some Spinach seeds and Parsnip seeds. Next will be the Beetroot and Spring Onions.
The Greenhouse is packed to capacity now!....with many Pumpkins and Tomatos, plus seedlings of bedding plants for summer colour. More photos to follow soon!
